7:00 to 7:25 PM Meditation instruction
7:25 PM Be seated for incense offering
7:30 to 8:00 PM First period of zazen
8:00 to 8:10 PM Walking meditation
8:10 to 8:40 PM Second period of zazen
Dharma Talks and Dokusan with Teacher
Monthly dharma talks begin at 8:10 PM after the first period of zazen. When Dokusan is scheduled, individuals can meet privately with Ryūtaku Rōshi during the regular periods of zazen.
